Thunderfest, a day-long celebration of racing that dates to the days of NASCAR races at the Rockingham Speedway, once again returned to downtown Rockingham, N.C., in advance of the Carolina 200, Friday, April 17, 2009. This installation clocked participants for how fast they could change a tire with an air gun as if they were part of a pit crew.
